what to expect

CHECK IN & OUT PROCEDURES, PAYMENT OPTIONS AND RECEIPTS

Upon arrival, please check in with one of the members at our front desk staff to confirm your arrival. Also ensure that you check out at the front desk when you leave our clinic to process your payment. We accept cash and debit at the time of your visit. We will provide receipts that can be submitted for possible reimbursement to your extended health insurance company. Most insurance companies cover chiropractic and massage services which are included under paramedical services.

We now direct bill these insurance companies on your behalf. You will need to sign a form allowing us to do so:

***Some insurance plans may require a doctors note in order to cover services, particularly for massage therapy coverage. Please bring the note with you to your appointment to allow for easy insurance submission***

CANCELLATIONS AND MISSED APPOINTMENTS POLICY

​We would appreciate a call as soon as possible if you know you are not going to make your appointment. At a minimum please provide 24 hours notice. Failure to notify the office of a cancellation at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, or if you miss your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee which is 50% of treatment cost. For example if you were scheduled for a 60 minute massage cost of $105 the missed appointment fee is $52.50.
